Artifyteam is a creator collaboration platform that helps creators present their work and audience insights, receive collaboration requests, and manage connected Instagram features. In this policy, “Artifyteam,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the operator of artifyteam.com.

• Information you submit, such as your name, email address, brand or creator details, campaign information, portfolio links, Instagram username, website, and messages sent through our forms.
• Creator account and profile information, including login email, display name, username, biography, profile image, services, portfolio content, and profile settings.
• Instagram information you authorize us to access, which may include your Instagram professional account ID and username, profile information, media, comments, messages, audience and content insights, aggregated demographics, follower status signals, and related performance metrics.
• Automation information, including configured keywords, selected posts or Reels, responses, delivery events, API results, errors, and link-delivery statistics.
• Technical and security information, such as authentication records, request timestamps, diagnostic logs, browser or device information supplied to our infrastructure, and security events.
• Tracked-link information, such as delivery status, click totals, timestamps, user agent, and referring page. Artifyteam does not intentionally store visitor IP addresses in its link-click records, although infrastructure providers may temporarily process IP addresses to operate and secure their services.

• Create, authenticate, maintain, and publish creator profiles and dashboards.
• Display authorized creator work, Instagram metrics, insights, and aggregated audience information.
• Deliver collaboration requests to the selected creator and maintain the creator inbox.
• Operate creator-configured Instagram comment and messaging automations and report their delivery activity.
• Respond to creator applications, support questions, and privacy requests.
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot errors, prevent abuse, and protect Artifyteam, its creators, brands, and visitors.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements and platform rules.

Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, we process information as needed to provide the service or take steps at your request, based on your consent when you connect an account or enable an optional feature, for our legitimate interests in operating and securing the platform, and to comply with legal obligations. You may withdraw consent by disconnecting Instagram or contacting us, without affecting processing already completed lawfully.

Instagram features are provided through Meta's official platform interfaces. Artifyteam accesses Instagram data only after the professional account holder authorizes the requested permissions. We use that data only to provide the connected profile, analytics, inbox, and automation features selected by the creator and in accordance with applicable Meta platform terms.

Connecting Instagram does not give Artifyteam the creator's Instagram password. Access tokens are stored in encrypted form. Creators can disconnect Instagram from their Artifyteam dashboard or revoke access from Instagram's Apps and Websites settings.

We share information only as necessary to operate the platform, follow your instructions, or meet legal and safety requirements. Categories of recipients may include:

• Meta and Instagram when connected features send or receive authorized platform data.
• Hosting, database, authentication, storage, email, monitoring, and security providers that process information for Artifyteam under appropriate obligations.
• Creators and Artifyteam administrators who need access to collaboration requests or creator applications.
• Authorities, advisers, or other parties when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights and safety, investigate abuse, or complete a legitimate business reorganization.

We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including providing active accounts, maintaining creator records and collaboration history, resolving disputes, preventing abuse, and meeting legal obligations. Instagram access tokens are removed when a creator disconnects the integration and may become unusable earlier when revoked or expired. We delete or anonymize information when it is no longer required, subject to limited backups and legal retention duties.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, including access controls, encrypted connections, restricted server credentials, and encrypted storage of Instagram access tokens. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so creators should also protect their login credentials and notify us of suspected unauthorized access.

Artifyteam and its service providers may process information in countries other than the country where it was collected. Where required, we rely on recognized safeguards for these transfers and require providers to protect the information they process for us.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a portable copy of your personal information, and to withdraw consent. You may also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.

To request account or Instagram data deletion, disconnect Instagram in the creator dashboard and contact hello@artifyteam.com. Include the email address or Instagram username connected to the account so we can verify and complete the request. We may retain limited information where required by law or necessary for security and fraud prevention.

Artifyteam uses essential cookies and similar browser storage for sign-in sessions, OAuth security, account preferences, and protection against misuse. These technologies are needed for authenticated platform features to work. We do not use them to sell personal information.

Artifyteam is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us so we can review and remove it when required.

Creator profiles and messages may contain links to Instagram or other third-party services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and Artifyteam is not responsible for third-party content or practices.

We may update this policy as Artifyteam evolves. The revised version will be published on this page with a new effective date. If a change materially affects how we use information, we will provide additional notice when required.
